Casuarina Villas, one of Patterson Lakes’ most spectacular developments is a reality.
It’s been go, go, go at the site ever since local member of parliament, Jenny
Lindell, put the first spade in the ground on behalf of the owners to
officially launch the project.
Ever since the turning of that first sod, Casuarina Villas, located at 60-68
Gladesville Boulevard, on the banks of Patterson River, has proven so popular
with owner-occupiers and investors alike that 50 per cent has already been
sold.
Comprising 5 buildings, each of 3 storeys, the complex incorporates a total of
49 properties, made up of 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 6 double story town
houses.
“We are delighted with the very strong interest already shown in this project,” said Greg Scherwinski of Ray White Real Estate.
The project is the brainchild of respected and experienced Queensland developer,
John Lyons and Canberra financier Daniel Brammel in association with Ash Morgan
Winthrop. “We have witnessed strong sales in the last few months which reinforces our view
that Patterson Lakes has become a highly desirable suburb.” said Mr Lyons. “Research has shown that people love to live near water. That, plus the new
freeway and all the existing sporting and recreation facilities at hand, makes
for a very exciting lifestyle.”
