If you are moving in or out of the property, you must alert the Owners Corporation Manager - Mayfield at least a week in advance and complete and return an Indemnity Form to the OC Manager before the move takes place.
If possible, move in or out on weekdays when there are less people about.
Please inform your removalist that high vehicles cannot access the car park. High vehicles must park legally in designated areas in Gladesville Blvd and must not obstruct any entries.
Removalists MUST have all the necessary insurances including Public Liability Insurance.
